Jen Sweet is an instructional designer, with over 10 years of experience. She creates innovative learning experiences for today’s learners through highly engaging eLearning courses, ILTs, vILTs, and other learning resources. Her skill sets, eye for detail, niche for data analysis and visual construction, and knowledge of the learning design process will implement solutions for internal and global audiences.
She is a creative thinker with a growth mindset. With andragogy learning theories in mind, Jen applies the ADDIE instructional design process to plan and create appropriately challenging and stimulating learning experiences. While maintaining professionalism, Jen pushes creative boundaries through the use of programs such as Evolve Authoring, Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Biteable, Vyond, Camtasia, and the Google Workplace applications.
Jen is a mother, wife, twin, and lover of science, art, nature, and adventure. She was born and raised in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University for her Bachelors in Biology. She earned her Masters in Learning from Walden University and uplevels her skills through Instructional Design programs such as IDOL Courses Academy and The Upskill Experience. Today, Jen can be found designing, hiking, and stand-up paddleboarding in New York State’s Finger Lakes and Ontario Lake Regions.

Those who earn the Google Project Management Certificate have completed six courses, developed by Google, that include hands-on, practice-based assessments and are designed to prepare them for introductory-level roles in Project Management.
